When thinking festival this summer, forget Glastonbury and Reading: Hogrefe's Test Fest is the festival of the season, and festival passes are still available!
Test Fest is a vehicle to help our clients gain the training they need for the tests they want. Our inaugural Fest covers full training on everything available within our online testing system, Hogrefe Testsystem 5 (HTS 5). This includes the NEO Personality Inventory Revised (with NEO trainer Wendy Lord) the Leadership Judgement Indicator suite (with Kevin Nind at the helm) and the Decision-making and Self-regulation Assessor (taught by DASA author Chris Dewberry).
It also introduces delegates to our newest powerful assessment tool, the Leadership Development Questionnaire (LDQ). The LDQ authors Vic Dulewicz and Malcolm Higgs on hand to talk about the coming assessment, which has been described as “standing out from other measures in the field†by Dr Clive Fletcher, an Emeritus Professor at Goldsmiths, University of London.
While festival guests can certainly come to all five days of test training, they are equally invited to take advantage of discounts on only the material they need, with training and prices broken down by day or bundle.
The week launches Monday 29 June with a general introduction of our online system, HTS 5, as well as the tests contained within. Showcased particularly on that day are our popular d2 Test of Attention and Business Personality Inventory (BIP) tests, two of an exciting portfolio of workplace tests than can be used together or separately in candidate selection, recruitment and development situations. Following on this, full day training sessions are available in the LJI suite, DASA and our gold standard personality test, NEO PI-R.
Finally, we close the week Friday 3 July with our unique NEO Masterclass, bringing together trained NEO users keen to discuss using the NEO to its fullest potential — how to get the most out a feedback session, tools for better assessment and the upcoming release of NEO PI-3.
