Due to the variety of tests we have and the way in which they work, in some cases it has been necessary for us to host them on separate assessment platforms.

Our main platforms include the Hogrefe Test System (HTS) and TA online. Test specific platforms are provided for the Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI), Coach on the Desktop (CotD) and Implicitly.

LJI - A user friendly system that enables you to purchase a selection of leadership reports for the LJI, request re-tests and receive email receipts upon test completion. The LJI system operates using a credit facility where credits can be purchased via our online shop or over the phone.

Implicitly - The ground breaking Implicitly test series platform has all the features described above. The main additions include the ability for us to create bespoke versions of the Impliclity series for you, tweak the onscreen feedback and re-brand your candidate login page.

CotD - The administrator login produces a number of insightful reports to help assist the coaching sessions between the coach and coachee. The reports highlight blindspots a coachee may have when dealing with leadership situations. Coachees can be set up with system access and begin using the tool within a few minutes.

TA Online - Our free to use, pay per test platform includes a variety of ability and personality assessments. Create multiple test batteries, simply add or bulk upload candidate details, administer tests at a click of a button, track their progress through the 'Current Status' page and receive email receipts upon test completion. TA Online is supported by PAN Testing and used across the globe.
