With advances in technology, online testing has become a popular and straight forward method for assessing candidate suitability. It can be completed remotely or as apart of an assessment centre providing internet access is available.

Process overview:

Step 1: Chosen assessments are purchased then administered via email through the appropriate assessment platform.

Step 2: Candidates login remotely, over the internet and complete the assessment/s prior to set deadline.

Step 3: Test administrator notified via email of test taker completion.

Step 4: Results downloaded.

Step 5: Reports generated and analysed by trained individual.
