Level B training introduces delegates to the area of personality theory, assessment and interpretation. It qualifies delegates to use the NEO PI-R personality inventory and provides eligibility for the BPS Test User: Personality Certificate. Building upon the foundations of Occupational Testing covered on the Level A Course, Level B provides fascinating insights into people’s personality and their behaviour in the workplace.

The NEO PI-R is a measure of the five major domains of personality as well as the six facets that define each domain. It is now recognised internationally as a gold standard for personality assessment. Hogrefe Ltd publish for NEO and standardised the assessment for the UK.

Location
All Level B Public courses take place in Victoria, London less than a five minute walk from Victoria Station. Refreshments and lunch are available on site during the course, and are included within the price.

After the course
Delegates will be required to administer, score and feedback two NEO PI-R questionnaires along with developing written reports which must be emailed to the trainer as evidence of competency. This will take approximately 6 hours.
