1. Level A Test Training  – Ability & Aptitude Testing (Provides certification to use and acquire ability and aptitude tests from all major UK test publishers).
2. Level B Test Training – Behavioural & Personality Assessment (Builds on the foundation knowledge of Level A and provides certification to use the NEO PI-R personality assessment).
3. NEO PI-R Specific Training – Become accredited to purchase the NEO PI-R. Required if you completed your Level B training with a different provider.
4. Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI) training - Become accredited in the use of the LJI, a unique assessment of leadership decision-making.
5. Implicitly Training - This course provides specific training in the use of Implicitly, a unique assessment of unconscious social bias.
